1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. After the 30-day period has passed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Eligibility Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition;
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, boxes, and any accessories that came with the product;
  • The return must be initiated due to a quality issue, a verified manufacturing defect, or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). Returns for change of mind are accepted only if the item remains in its original, resalable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery;
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration;
  • Items missing original tags, packaging, or accessories;
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such on the product page);
  • Gift cards or digital products.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at vuwarrior997715@gmail.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if required. Do not send your return to the address below without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval of your return request. For returns initiated for reasons other than quality issues (such as change of mind), the cost of return shipping remains free as well. There are no restocking fees of any kind.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 1 to 2 business days for our team to inspect the return and process your refund. After your refund has been approved and processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

7. Refund Credit Time

After we process your refund, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or payment method account. The exact credit time depends entirely on the processing speed of your bank or payment provider. If you have not seen the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us at vuwarrior997715@gmail.com.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Items not returned in their original condition (e.g., damaged packaging or missing accessories);
  • Items returned significantly beyond the 30-day window.
