1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping carrier’s capacity, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the United States. There are no hidden fees or surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

5. Carriers

We partner with a network of reputable shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional carriers. The specific carrier assigned to your order will be determined based on your shipping address, package weight, and destination. While we cannot guarantee which carrier will be used for a given order, we assure you that all carriers are reliable and provide tracking services.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You may track your package using the carrier’s online tracking portal.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other events outside our reasonable control. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at vuwarrior997715@gmail.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at vuwarrior997715@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will update the address for you. Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
